The Freight Shipping company held onto the product for a couple of extra days, but when it came down to making the appointment for delivery, they were very accomodating with making a shipping address change due to the fact that the truck was to big to fit down my street. Overall a good shopping experience. Would definately consider Modern Office for future purchases.

It was my first shopping experience with Modern Office and I was reluctant at first (Internet shopping etc.) but I am glad I placed my order. I called Modern Office because I had a question and the rep on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The transaction was easy, I received an email with shipping information immediately after my order was placed and the merchandise arrived on time. Great quality merchandise too. Modern Office is top on my list for future orders.

Great transaction. I spoke with Brett several times via email re: wood color and shipping. He provided great customer service every time. I couldn\\'t believe how fast it was delivered. I thought it was a typo when I received the tracking information. They even went as far as to send me a swatch of the entertainment center before I purchased when I questioned how dark the Cherry color of the wood was. I priced the entertainment center at other stores online like: Target and Walmart and ...

The product was in excellent condition as stated and they shipped extremely fast! The delivery men were very efficient and nice. Customer service was excellent, they answered quickly and took care of things vey quickly.
