Wow! Our rollaway bed came to us super fast and so far it\\'s doing great. It\\'s very soft. Not for everyday use, of course, but for a rollaway this is really a sweet deal.

Valcala customer service was very responsive to my emailed request for help, when it appeared the UPS was mistakenly using the billing address as the delivery address. Valcala took immediate steps to remedy this and my item was redirected to the correct address. My gift arrived on time. The Valcala price was the best I had seen for the same item on a number of other Internet sites.

Contact with the merchant was excellent. I phoned and learned exactly when it would be delivered. They were very responsive and helpful. The product isn't as satisfactory as we had hoped. The "innerspring" mattress is very flimsy and it sags, making it very uncomfortable. When we pile it high with blankets and comforters - essentially making another mattress - it is passable.
