Rec\'d 2008 model of the Bat Caddie I had ordered. I didn\'t see any where on the website where that was stated! When I ordered I thought I was getting an up to date model, 2009. If you want to order from this vendor I would suggest you look closely at what you are getting. If I had it to do over again I would order from the company who manufactures the product.

This is a hard to get item. it is a wonderful product and well worth the money. The company highly recommended this merchant and we went with their approval. We are very satisfied.

Right after I ordered from this company, I was contacted by my bank about fraudulant activity on my account-- A shocking amount of money was taken. Innovagolf has no customer service phone number on their website. I do like my UV umbrella, though. Be wary of ordering from this company!!!

Need to give shippers( UPS, Fed-ex) tracking number, was not able to track off of distributors numbers, besides that all was great. Very satisfied.

The reason for a 2 on customer service is that I also ordered shamrock golf ball markers and they said they were back ordered and would be shipped later and to date they have not shipped them. If I do not receive them I will never order again! Bernese Swallows
