It was advertised as free shipping but I guess that they couldn\'t afford to send it to Hawaii so they contacted me before putting the order through. They explained it to me and gave me several shipping options. I had to spend about $50 more than I wanted to but I needed to finish up my job. Overall I was pretty satisfied because I run into this same problem all the time and I just live with it, I guess that\'s just the price I pay for living in paradise. rick

Original customer service responses went to my junk mail and I had thought I was forgotten. I changed my review because after I found the junk mail they responded immediately. Delivery options could be improved but the price and ease of ordering is good. I still haven;t received my product but that is because of the junk mail delay and west coast shipping even though they are based in NJ

The price was good and customer service even called to confirm the order. Otherwise, the merchandise was delivered promptly and was well packaged. Very pleased.
