I was really impressed with the speed of delivery and ease of ordering from the Keyless Lock store. The product purchased was packaged well and the installation was a breeze. I will certainly consider the Keyless Lock store for any additional keyless locks in the future.

Customer service was very helpful, however, what made the purchase inconvenient was the fact that we had forgotten to include the shipping charges with our check, and we couldnt put those charges on our Visa. It would have made things run more smoothly if we were able to use the Visa for shipping charges. TTaylor

Selection was good, the quality of the product seems to be good (although the installation instructions were not terribly clear), and I didnt have to wait long for confirmation and receipt of the product.

I contacted the store by phone for advice on selecting a lock. The representative was very knowledgable and helpful. My only complaint was the cost of shipping.

They have great pricing. There customer service always responded promptly and professionally. Shipping, however took a while but I was told it was because of a computer problem that showed the items were shipped. When this was discovered they shipped the product over night to me. I will purchase more product in the future from them. Overall I would recommend this Merchant.

Well, I called them on their tolled number (where the hell on earth their number is?) and there was no one to talk. An answering machine picks up ! I left my name and number and it has been three working days and no one has ever called! Personally, I shopped here just becase the price was $10 less. Now, Id pay the $10 more to get better service Isaac

I asked for the item to be shipped to my business, what do they do, they ship it to my home! If I need anything else, Ill buy from someone else who knows how to read and ship to the requested address!
