Company seems short-handed and/or disorganized. Shipment info was not sent until I emailed asking about it. Power supply was not what was needed because of inaccurate Yahoo ad that gave wrong specs. As soon as I received it, I called company and was told to send an email, which I did. They emailed back that employee who made the ad was fired for that and many similar mistakes but they still didn\'t send me an RMA and shipping label to return item. After another, I finally received a shipping ...

Power supply ordered to ITWINKLE from France. They made me pay 50 $ for a real price of 36 $ for the shipping. So they make profit on the shipping... The part I received 7 days after was defected (not a new one). I contacted ITwinkle and they said me to sent back the part and provided me a RMA number. I paid again for the shipping back ... Since this time, I try to have any news from ITWINKLE and they don\'t answer. ( 4 mails to ask where is the part I ordered.) I have paid two ...

On the invoice, I was charged $3 more than the advertised price. Product did not work in the application it was being sold for. 25% restocking fee. Paypal was advertised on website, but not actually implemented in the payment process. I am a technician and this was my first and LAST purchase from It Winkle!

Motherboard was new as advertised. Arrived in good condition (although the packaging could have been better) and worked with no setup problems.
