I bought Tissot T-touch from jomashop for 399. Their website says the watch leaves within 2 days. Well, not in my case. It took them 2 weeks to ship it. After 3 calls with a customer service rep and 2 emails they shipped it with 2 weeks delay. Today I missed the ups guy and I called them to schedule a pick up. The rep told me that there is a restriction by the shipper and that I cant pick it up myself and that I have to wait for the ups guy to come the next day. I have to stay at home to get the ...

shipping by ground is slow to leave their place. I had to change to 2nd day to get it when I needed it. otherwise, the product and price are excellent!

No problem dealing with these guys, including canceling a pending order. Customer service was fast, friendly and to full satisfaction. Fast shipping; great price; BRAND NEW product. If you have issues with these guys, it\'s your own fault! In other words, understand with whom you are dealing and you won\'t be disappointed.

Item was listed as in stock and ready to be shipped within 1 business days but was shipped like 8 days later.Also at this moment my order is not yet in my possesion.I am sure is going to arrive soon...

I was a bit concern at first to make a purchase of over 300USD over the internet. After doing som extensive reading on this merchant feedbacks I did notice that it is a reliable, trusty seller. The item arrived according to what I paid for shipping. Brand new and certified to be legitimate. I saved close to 50% from retail in this purchase. Definitely will buy from again. Satisfied customer from Puerto Rico.

Jomashop ~ awesomeness in a sea of medeocre to terrible, bussinesses. Had a return, they handled it with ease and speed. Bought another item, that had incresed in price, as my reurn was enroute.. and they gave me the original, reduced price, for the new item. Quality experiance, all around.
