Overall, an excellent experience. The price was the best I could find on the projector bulb I ordred. I did contact the online customer service to verify that the whole bulb assembly was included, not just the bulb. The question was answered quickly and accurately. We had the bulb go out in a meeting on a Thursday morning and had the bulb in our hands on Friday morning.

Great Purchase, I didn't use the correct credit card and they took time to call me and straighten it out, instead of letting the order just sit there in limbo like some other companies I have done business with. I will definately be ordering from this place the next time I need something.

Highly recommended. Their Viewsonic Cine5000 projector was on Sale and it was an excellent deal. They are highly customer oriented. After I placed the order I called their toll free number on Monday and I was able to talk to their sales person immediately. He was very responsive and was able to validate my order and give me more information on the projector. I will definitely shop again with Focused Technologies.

Good service. The PLV-Z2000 is everything that I hoped it would be. Excellent quality for home theater. My only complaint is that they did not send my rebate form until two weeks after I received the product. I had to call them so that they would send the form.

I bought a 50x50 Da-Lite projector screen for $65 (including shipping) and love it. Focused Technology seems to be more of a broker rather than a merchant since my screen came directly from Da-Lite (not Focused Tech's warehouse). I would buy from them again. It came within a few days just as promised.
