Their rep said "Yes, it's on the shelf, and I'll get it out today". I finished the order, a c.s. rep called back to confirm billing and shipping info. That evening, the tracking number was in an e-mail, which indicated the item was picked up by the carrier at 7 pm. It travelled 300 miles overnight, and was delivered the next day! Now that's fantastic customer service -- getting the software ...

Why did it take a week for two toner cartridges to be shipped after the order was placed. I have tried to contcat them and did not get a response

I cant recommend Computer Software Plus as a vendor because of their failure to deliver my order, false advertising, and non-responsiveness to my queries. I ordered the Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro upgrade for Mac in mid-June and was advised that it was backordered and would ship in 1-2 weeks. Almost two months later, I have not received the software yet it is still being offered on their web site and still says the the item will ship in 1-2 weeks. They did offer me the full version of the software but ...

Even though they dont have product to sell, they still have the order page online and actully took my order. I got my confirmation email and assumed that they will be shipping them. After few days, when I didnt received my order, I inquired about it. Only to find out, not only have they cancelled my order but they failed to notify me.

I ordered a (mac) software product on their website. Website indicated that it was in stock and would ship ASAP. Someone from the company called me a day or two later -- they did NOT have in stock afterall, and it would take several days longer to get it. Several weeks later I still did not have product -- I called them, the person I talked to checked and said it was in stock, and that what he would send me would say PC but was also good for MacIntosh. I asked for free overnight shipping since ...
