Notebook arrived slowly but was as described. However, battery life was non-existent and now the keybboard has completely frozen. Given the disappointing purchase, I cannot recommend this vendor.

It\'s a great laptop and works exactly for what I needed it for. That would be interfacing with high-end diagnostic imaging equipment such as MRIs and CAT Scan machines. The laptop arrived on time. Customer support answered my questions with knowledge and urgency. Should I require a laptop in the future I am certain to purchase from this vendor...

I returned a laptop that was delivered to Laptop Outlet on May 29, and up till today 7/10/09, my credit card has not been credited as promised. THIS IS NO GOOD BUSINESS!!! Joe

Wow, no mac box. No restore CD's. The power cord is even cracked on the end. Not what I expected. Should have known that I would get what I paid for. Lesson learned.

Shortly after getting the computer, I had some trouble with the dvd drive. I called them, and they walked me thru how to fix it, and then told me that if I had further problems they would replace it free. Excellent rufurbished Dell Lattitude. Excellent price. Excellent service. If they continue like this, they will become the very best in their field, due to word of mouth by satisfied customers!!! Arthur Wayne Stephens Bay City, TX
