Communication from the merchant was excellent, and the rug is exactly what I wanted. The price for the rug and a pad was very reasonable, and a free sisal rug was included. I\'m a repeat, very satisfied customer.

I sent an inquiry about the status of my order when my credit card was charged but the order was still listed as "processing". They never responded to my inquiry. However, I did receive an email notification from Fedex when my order was shipped a few days later.. So I did not have to contact American Express to dispute the charge.

I wanted a rug pad for a 5 x 3 Afghan rug. Natural Area had by far the lowest price on the web. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and the product seems fine.

The Sisal quality is not as good as the first rug I bought with Area Rugs but I\'ll wait and see how it holds up.

I had the same experience as Luke did from Sept 19th. I never review products but I felt the need to warn people. I purchased a shag rug and the product information stated this: "Artificial Silk and Rayon has an advantage of less shedding and last longer than any wool or cotton shag rugs" Yet I have never had a shag rug shed more than this rug here. Received fast from across the country, easy checkout. the finish of the bamboo was not as expected but does what i need it to do, just lay there on top of an ugly rug. only wish it cam in bigger sizes.
