Well over a year after my order, I only ever received half of the items I paid for. Email got no response, two phone calls only got the word that "They were out of stock, but we have them here now and they will ship tomorrow." My order status page has said since the day I ordered "Will ship within 24 hours" and never had an update. The price was good, had I actually gotten the items I paid for.

Can\'t beat them for the price. Depending on the rarity of the item you order, you may have to be patient on shipping, but communicating with them is great and I highly recommend Beverly Hills Electric.

I bought from this vendor over the internet because they were a few bucks cheaper than other vendors. However, this vendor demonstrated poor customer service and poor reliability of product. Although the website indicates prompt notification of any delay or problem with an order, after not hearing from the vendor for 10 days about shipment, I called the vendor. They apologized stating that they expected the product to arrive in a week and would then ship it. After another 10 days I called. ...

Ordered a RAB STL110H security light on 15 October. By 12 November, the order status had been sitting at "Will ship within 24 hours." for almost a month. They charged me several weeks prior, but never actually shipped a product. Emails to support went completely unanswered. Either they're faking a number of the reviews here, or you're gambling on whether they actually stock the products you want to order. The bulbs I was sent were not what was in the picture and not what I wanted. They will work, and I\'ll keep them, but only because I don\'t want to go through the hassle of sending them back.

Shipped the wrong items. Refuse to take back the wrong items (we have made several calls and written request for an RMA number; none was issued) We are about ready to call our attorney and begin legal procedures
