I am very pleased with Bandanna Bear Greetings, UPS had trouble with the delivery but Bandanna Bear Greetings made sure my bear reached its destination and they stayed in contact with me every step of the way, their excellent customer service always replied to my e-mails right away. I didnt get to see the bear but the recipient was very pleased and spoke highly regarding the quality of the Bandanna Bear. The item that I purchased was a birthday gift. It was delivered as promised and most importantly on time. The Personalized Bandanna Birtday Bear was absolute quality, looks and value. I would use them again for other similar occasions.

The website is easy to use and order. Prices are excellent and shipping extremely resonable. Customer service was exceptional as there was an issue with the address and they worked diligently to get it corrected. The gift itself made the impression I wanted to my friend.
