The most disconcerting, and annoying, thing I found about dealing with Trillora is that one has to leave a message and wait several days to have the call returned. So, if an issue is pressing, you\'ll have to wait awhile.

2 Drawer wooden file cabinet is sturdy, functional and good looking. Thought the "honey" colored stain would be lighter. Didn\'t use customer service. No other option offered for shipping except FedEx, price for that was steep - due no doubt to the weight of the package. Since shipping was by FedEx, the cost was almost as much as the item itself, a definite negative.

Everything was fine in ordering and delivery.Couple main frame pieces were broken in half with no visable damage on containers at time of arrival.Instructions for replacement were easy to follow and damaged items were replaced in good order. Regards, Kim W.

My order was delayed because of the manufacturer taking inventory, and the Trillora customer service rep responded to my question regarding the status of my order very quickly, and even had the manufacturer expedite my order once they began shipping again. I really appreciated the quick response and their willingness to work with the manufacturer so that I could receive my order.

We own a family business and this desk was purchase for my 6 year old Grand Daughter that is coming to work with her mother for the summer. I didn\'t want to spend a lot of money on a desk and chair that was going to get very little use. I was able to buy this desk and chair new for less then any used piece I was able to find on ebay. I ordered eight pieces of office furniture from Trillora at a cost well over 1,000. Trillora\'s website said if purching RTA studio furniture at a cost greater than $1,000 call to get a discount on shipping. I tried a couple of times to contact Trillora (left messages) and did not get a call back. The prices were so good that I ordered the furniture anyway. I made a big mistake by not reading who was going to be delivering my furniture. It was to be delivered by a firm that only delivers ...

There was a screw-up with the delivery of my purchase. I had to call the company to check on the status of my order. I spoke with a customer service person named Andy who was not particularly friendly and said that updates had been emailed to me. I do not believe this as there were no delivery updates at my account page at their website. Anyway, the item finally arrived and it is nice. However, I don't think I should have had to work so hard to obtain the delivery info.
