We were so dissapointed to discover that this chair came from Vietnam. In what world does an alder wood, supposedly from the US, get made into a finished product in Vietnam. I don\'t really believe it is alder.

I have ordered from this Vendor before, but I do not remember that shipping of my selected items took as long as it is this time...3-4 weeks? However, I do look forward to receiving my order with anticipation, because #1 Unfinished furniture has very Unique and hard to find items, at usually the Best prices!

Order was delivered incomplete. I\'ve notified #1 Unfinished Furniture via E-mail of the shortages. I\'m assuming they will send the missing items quickly as all my dealings with these folks in the past have been satisfactory.

The toughest part of this transaction was making a decision. They have so many pieces to choose from! Ordering was no problem at all. Simple & easy. My bookcase arrived right on time. The back piece to the case was slightly damaged (due to the transit company) but customer service was right on it with a replacement, from just one call. No particle board. That\'s right. I have purchased 2 pieces from this company and am very pleased with both. The pieces are well made and priced better than the "trendy" stores. Free shipping is the frosting on the cake!
