i ordered the wrong item, asked for a refund for rma. And was told there was a 15% restock fee, when i recevied the packageFriday the 6th of nov. i called in the ra right then. besides that there are no complaints.

The number of merchants and internet sites carrying 21st Century Toys and Forces of Valor are becoming less and less. It is encouraging to see that badcattoys still has a good selection and periodically "finds" rarer items in the product lines for their "private reserve" selection. It would be nice if the 21st Century and/or Forces of Valor items could be a little bit cheaper. I would buy exclusively from badcattoys if tis was the case because they are GREAT in every OTHER category; but ...

Some items are over priced, but most are with in a good range - shipping and delivery is good (at least they send tracking information)- easy no hassle buying - great customer service (by phone or on the net). I will order from them again.
