I ordered a graduation photo portfolio from Hayden Impressions. The product was late in being shipped, but when I sent an email to inquire about the problem I received a response within one day and subsequently received the product. While I did appreciate the prompt resonse to my inquiry and I understand that sometimes there are unavoidable delays in shipping, I would have appreciated being notified about the delay in the shipping. I had made a mistake on my original order and emailed them to ask them to change it. Upon getting my email their customer service department acknowledged it and fixed my error. The item arrived quicker than I expected actually. My niece loves the frame. A+ Hayden Impressions!!!

I am planning my fathers retirement gala and wanted to use the top hat and canes as a favor for 300 people. Well I had been searching the internet and came across Hayden who had the best price for them. I ordered them on a Monday and was told they would be to me by Friday. I was a little disappointed, but because I needed them so badly I ordered them anyways. To my surprise, the shipment was at my door on that Wednesday!! I purchased engraved napkins and was amazed at how FAST and easy it was. The website is well done and easy to find what you want. And they were delivered well before I expected. I will definitely use this website again and recommend it to others.

I really appreciate being able to talk with a person when i had question about my order alos appreciate that the company carried this product was rather limted to where i could get it really great shipping service overall great experince
