I always notified once my order placed in. I able to track my shipment once i have tracking number. This make easy for me contack my seller on the status of my item. I have made order thru online with Petanque America for the boules and Petanque accessories. All item reach my address in good order. Sometime items out of stock but still appeared to be available while ordering. Merchant should update their stock regularly so as not to disappointed the customer.

i needed to call to discuss a design on the wood box. phillipe was so helpful and then sent me an updated design to help make the box a marvelous gift. the friends who received it were very impressed. he did all this while moving from 1 state to another. the process was so wonderful i purchased another set for my husband. stefanie
