Great quality items at great prices.Shipping seems a little high but when averaged out with the prices I paid for the items was fair.

Bad Experience all around. I was never sent tracking information, then 2 weeks later, they finally told me it was back ordered or coming from a different warehouse or something. Then I went ahead and canceled the order, as I needed it sooner than they told me it was available. To top it all off, I JUST got the order 3 weeks later--the one that was supposed to have been canceled 2 weeks ago. Very hard Customer service to get a hold of, then they didn\'t call back, etc. All around lousy ...

I have not received my order. I emailed them a week ago to find out where my order is and no one has responded. I hope that I will be able to get my money back.

This merchant was easy to deal with. I placed an order and then wanted to add to the order. So I emailed them, and they were able to take care of it. The shipping was high, but quick. I had a very positive experience with the Fixture Zone overall.

Original order partially broken during shipping...although items were fairly well packaged and box did not appear damaged by UPS during shipment. Two emails and two phone calls failed to even get a reply regarding obtaining a return authorization number for the broken part. So I re-ordered the broken part in another order. one slight mishap in items shipped they were extremly quick to rectify I would definitely order from the fixture zone again without reservation
