(Poker chip case that was supposed to have a place to hold cards.) For the price I\'m satisfied, but it was not as advertised. Also I was told I could only order in quantitys of 50 when buyinh chips, reason being they were sold in rolls. But when they arrived they were in rolls of 25. I dont mind the 25 extra chips but was confused on why they only ...

Site was easy to find products. I was however disappointed on the product that arrived. The 4 Aces chips had rings around the chips that looked like they were stamped in on both sides of the chips. Several chips had the "paint" scratched from one of the sides. I had 1 poor quality chip. All that said, it wasn\'t worth contacting customer service or trying to return the product. The chips are good enough to use. It is clearly not the quality of chips I expected to see. I would rather go to ...

I was happy to find the card shuffler on you web page and ordered it. It was a good quality and I am happy with it except for the cost of shipping - very expensive - the cost was as much as the shuffler.

Originally got the packages and one box was damaged and some of the trays were broken in the table. Sent emails to the returns email address as instructed on the website for a month and recieved no responses. Finally managed to get someone on their business line and was told that it was my fault for not calling sooner and it is company policy that they do not refund or exchange if you do not call the number within 24 hours of delivery. Everything was fine. My only complaint was that the order took a bit long to process. It didnt ship until maybe 4 or 5 days after I ordered. To be fair I ordered on a friday, items shipped on tuesday. The weekend may have had something to do with it.
