The site says they will ship using my UPS account but I was told they no longer ship UPS. When my order arrived it was delivered by UPS anyway. When I called to discuss my issues the customer service rep was rude and I was told they had plenty of orders on there board and that loosing my future orders was no big deal. A real shame because I planned on placing ...

The goods were as advertised and seem to be of high quality. I have never purchased anything as bulky as a 55 gallon drum before but the shipping seemed in line with what others were quoting. The ancillary items were not that heavy but their shipping costs were quite high. The total cost however was still competitive. The seller was supposed to provide an email with the shipping cost but that email did not come in a timely fashion so I called directly to get the data to decide to proceed ...

My third purchase from them and the customer service is amazing.They are very patient with dummies like me that change their orders, or give them an expired credit card number. Shipping is very fast and they have great specials on quality containers. I wouldn\'t buy from anyone else, period! Thank you BayTec!

I found out that my order was coming from 2 different locations, after I received part of my order. I have not received anything on when the rest of my order will be shipped or received and I have been charged for the entire order. It is to early know how this all plays out. If the rest of the order arrives tomorrow, I will have a more positive attitude.

I wish the calculation of shipping for small items was faster, or was included in the calculation n the order page. I can understand the calculation on large items (barrels, etc..) being difficult; but for smaller items like lid or solutions this should be made available.

When I received the confirmation email of my order, I found I had made a mistake on the size bucket I had ordered. I called them and even though the order was packed and ready to ship, they graciously corrected my mistake and shipped the next day. This is great customer service. I will buy again!

I could not be more pleased with your product/service operation. I am a \"different\" type of customer in that I am a local coordinator for assisting individual families in storing a 2 week minimum of drinking water. Here in NW Nevada the earthquake threats are: often, real and ongoing. As such we are encouraging all of our families to store a water reserve of 2-3 gallons per person per day for at least 1 week and preferably 2 weeks usage. Fabulous! The ordering was easy; I emailed a couple of times to get additional information about their products and the responses were informative and prompt. Although I found a similar item through another online company, the free shipping on Baytec\'s product (special offer) made Baytec\'s total cost almost $40 lower!
