This merchant offers great prices, but their shipping schedule fell short of what was indicated on their Web site, and I got no communication from them at all between the day that I placed my order and the day after my package was finally delivered. Their Web says, "Normally all orders are shipped out no later than 2 working days." I don't know when it shipped because there was no notice of shipment sent. I'm not that far away from the company, but the product did not arrive until seven ...

Why can't merchants just price the item instead of trying to make their profit from shipping, tried to order three $12.00 PCI cards and they charged $8.50 shipping per item, I wound up just buying one and it came parcel post instead of UPS.

Item was shipped with wrong driver disk. After 3 days of searching for other drivers, merchant sent driver on .rar file. Had to go online to find an .rar dezipper. At this time am still not able to make product work on WinME as advertised.

Today is 14 days from the day I ordered and I still haven't received the order. Standard ground shipping was supposed to take 5-7 days.

Eventhough I had a problem with my shipping (my order was delivered to another customer) I contacted iWin2Win.com by e mail and got their answer real quick and the problem was solved immediately.
