personal contact by email over general enquiries was excellent. The extra charge made at the English customs was a shock. The extra charge made by royal mail ref delivery and was not expected on top.

I ordered a simple very small item and was going to be charged a shipping amount of 35.00 for shipping??! How appalling. The item I ordered comes in a hard plastic single eye case - and they were going to charge 35.00 for shipping. That is ridiculous and appalling customer service. I could have popped it in the envelope in the States and sent it to you NZ for under 5.00. And if they so worried about insurance etc... for a 12.95 item - come on - more nonsense. If they were that worried - then ...
