The real-time order status was non-existant. However, after calling them on a status of the order I did get a call back telling me when the order would be shipped. The printer definitely is used - the plastic panels were in different shades of color as if they had come from different printers. I haven\'t had the printer long enough to know how reliable it is but based on their website they put high quality parts (even higher than manufacturer parts) into the printers so I\'m expecting this ...

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy PrinterTechs was to work with and how quickly they were able to ship. They saved us time and the need for long apologies to our customer. I will definitely use them again.

WOW!! real informed technicians in American answering a toll free number - nearly unbelievable in 2009... Great folks, advice, video instructions, recommendations and products! Following their advice and instruction, I easily rebuilt my aging HP 4 and saved it from the trash - at a fraction of the price I would have paid for a newer, but less reliable replacement. Highly recommended!

The product provided (brass hp4350 swing plate gear) is an incredibly well made product and the provided instructions are top notch. Shipping was prompt and the return instructions for the fuser core we easy to follow. All around, a great transaction.
