Ordering was easy, delivery was faster than promised, the toner cartridge was a perfect match to the original and it printed darker then thr OEM cartridge.

Received the 3 new color laser toner cartridges on time as expected. Installed all 3 successfully and they are performing up to the standards of the brand name cartridges they replaced. They have earned my repeat business!

The product arrived as stated. I have used it several times and the end result has been very pleasing. The taste of the food has been a great deal better than other ways it was fixed in the past. I could have hoped for a cook book, to help use the product but I have used other cook books. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

There may be advantages to ordering from imarketcity.com, such as their prices and their logistics (order ships exceedingly promptly in my area, just as preceding reviews suggested could be the case). Unfortunately, they use UPS, who couldn't be bothered to deliver my toner cartridge. (I ordered same in advance of the end of the old one's life, so can't attest yet to its quality or reliability). There was a telephone number to call at imarketcity.com, but when I called it, they made no offer to ...

Everything went well except shipping was delayed because the address of the credit card was different than the billing address. This caused a 4-5 delay in shipping, and in my opinion, was not handled efficiently. Good price on the item , though.

Bought the 12000 BTU for my bed room (12X25) installed it, turned it on, cooled for about 30 min. then started blowing warm air. for three days. called service man, serviceman stated, all the freon has been pumped out. called Haier customer service. I was told I had to pay 14.95 to help defray shipping on another air conditioner. They should have said, we will have one shipped to a certified service co. They will come out and remove the bad one and install a new one. I will not buy,or tell ...
