After I placed my order, I received someone else's order. I was told to keep the item - which was nice and that my order was on its way. Well, I got my order a few days later but it was missing one of the items. I called and emailed the company but haven't heard back from them. I'm quite disappointed.

I purchase gifts for my niece from them each year and am always very pleased with their selection, prices and, most of all, with their delightful service. Excellent customer service and personal attention. My order was sent the same day and arrived as soon as the post office could get it here. The puppets were wrapped in pretty tissue paper with a thank you card. Silly Goose Toys is reliable and an excellent value for anyone who wants quality toys for thier children. I had a problem with UPS, but not with Silly Goose. I finally was able to get my package after 4 trips to 3 blocks up the street where my package was left. And no one at UPS ever told me why it was left at another house when the address was clear on the label. Silly Goose was great but I do not reccommend UPS.

This is one of the best on-line merchants Ive ever done business with. Great products, great customer service - and they always add little extra touches that make shopping with them even more special. One of my all time favorites!
