I am very happy with West Furnishings. I bought a nightstand that was $150 less than it would cost local, received better service and had it set up in my home. The shippers, Sun Delivery, were informative and efficient per-delivery (though a bit difficult to get on the phone sometimes.) The delivery people were outstanding. Though I was a little nervous about buying furniture on the internet, I would use West Furnishings again.

We ordered two curio cabinets and the order went through, no problem, to be delivered by Sun Delivery, Inc. Sun called to say the delivery would be on one of two days, that they would call the night before and an hour before. That was the last we heard. A week later we contacted West and were given Sun's phone number but no offer of help finding the order. Sun's tracking webiste showed the order but no delivery information. On calling Sun I was told "We think the delivery is in your state but ...

I ordered a computer armoire from West Furnishings on a Wednesday and received it the next Tuesday. They gave me the best price. I was so impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of the product I responded to my confirmation email. Mr. West sent me an email back thanking me for my business. I would definitely order from them again.

Quality of the tables metal frame was much better than I expected. It assembled easily and is very sturdy. The glass is thicker and better quality than I anticipated at this price, as well. One fairly important problem with the product description: This table is NOT black, as described and as shown. Its some kind of antiqued or shabby finish, with the black paint scrapped off to show some silver-colored and copper-colored metal beneath. You might like that. I had to repaint the table with ...

This merchant was responsive to my questions and when I emailed them, I received a reply in less then 24 hours. The package was sent acoording to their timeline, and I would definitely buy from them again. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my shopping experience!!!
