Very quick shipment. Item as described and it works great. Haven\'t used it a great deal but so far it is wonderful. Needed something to play cassettes on since old boombox was really messing them up. Thanks again for having the Sont in stock. Well pleased.

I received a response quickly to my questions. I received my merchandise very quickly and the price was excellent, better than any other store searched on the internet. I would deal with this merchant again with no hesitation and I would recommend them as well.

BEst internet price, though I realized after I ordered that Bed Bath and Beyond had a better price. Excellent transaction, delivery, product. Works wonderfully. Highly recommend this product and this company.

Apex had the best price, by a longshot, on the item I had been shopping for. Once I paid they shipped it promptly. I even had a question and they responded very quickly! Overall, a very good shopping experience!

I had ordered an item about 2 weeks before Christmas expecting it would arrive in about a week. When it didn't arrive, I e mailed Apex. They were very prompt in responding and the customer service was outstanding. Neither they nor I knew where the disconnect was, but with the customer service they have I will be happy to shop there again, and plan to. By the way, the package arrived Christmas eve. Their customer service helped make this a merry Christmas for us. :-)
