When I made my initial purchase the description for the item didn\'t show enough to compare with the same product from another outlet. The individual that I talked to ( a man) said that he would call me back which he didn\'t do. I understand that it was a Friday around 4:45 p.m. but he never called me back on Monday. I ordered a mat to go under either my elliptical or my treadmill. While searching, buymats.com had the best price. After ordering, I was sent a confirmation e-mail that stated when my mat would be shipped, showed a copy of my transaction or receipt, and gave a phone number to call if I had questions. My only complaint would be that the picture of the mat I ordered only showed the mat from a distance under a treadmill. I could not see it up close or in detail. Selected my mat and it came within 2 weeks. The only problem I had with the sight was that it asked me what color I wanted, but didnt give me a selection opportunity. Black is what I got and what I wanted.
