The merchant didn\'t have the products ready to be picked up the same day they emailed UPS the billing and shipping info. When I asked the merchant and advised them as such, they did not bother to respond at all. The delay causes the products to arrive on Monday as supposed on Friday when it should arrive- a total of 3 days delay. The merchant offers no apology. No response at all after I spent time emailing them and calling UPS to find out the delay/reschedule of my order.

The Sisley foundation I purchased is pretty old, manufactured in 2006! I\'m not sure if it has even expired.

They accidentially sent me the wrong scent. Their customer service was VERY responsive, Joyce provided excellent service. Apologizing for the mistake and asking how they could fix it... I could return it or simply work with Joyce on my next order and she\'d provide me a discount. Great company!

The cost of cosmetics ect for this site is decent, but their customer service and lack of professionalism of knowledge on their products is very flawed. I placed an order for cosmetic products, was billed the total for my purchases only to find out later that one of the items was out of stock, after recieving several emails that my order was shipped and not getting any info suggestion the option for a refund or info about whether the out of stock item would be shipped at a later date or ...

Bottom line: People very nice but their system is flawed. I ordered an item that was $70. They offer free shipping with an $80. purchase so I threw in a lipstick just to get free shipping. The order processed. Then I get an email that the original item I wanted was not in stock but they sent the lipstick. There should be a way of knowing an item is out of stock at check out. Then I get an email showing the order will ship USPS with a shipping charge. I call and they are very nice and ...
