They had an typewriter ink ribbon for lower than anywhere else on the web. They shipped fast and provided a tracking number. Who could ask for anything more?

On-line shopping doesn't specify the width of the label tape for the replacement cartridges for the Brother PT-1750. This needs to be specified (1/4", 1/2", 3/8", etc.) The way the Yahoo shopping site is listed, you have to guess or cross-check the exact label cartridge model number from some other web site in order to receive the correct product. I made the mistake of assuming they were all the same and ordered a usable but undesirable product. This needs to be specified on the listing ...

I placed my order on January 3 and it was just delivered today, January 23. I was very displeased with the length of time it took to receive my order. Only after I contacted the company, did I learn that they had been out of stock and the order was not filled until January 16. It would have been considerate if they had notified me with this information from the beginning.

Im in Redmond, WA, Abacus is in Spokane, WA (theres about 400 miles between locations, plus the Cascade Mt. range). I ordered my calculator one afternoon, and it was delivered the next day! I dont know how they did it...but that was the fastest delivery of a product ordered via the net ever experienced by me!!!!!
