For elegant and well made baby clothes, the best online store is BabyBox.com. There is no question that regards to online stores, this store has some of the finest collections for children. The Bella Bliss baby clothing is precious and very well made. The adult pj\\'s as well are my favorite. Just ordered a pair for my best friend and sister in law for their birthdays. For the past eight years I have only used BabyBox for my baby gift purchases. They elegant gift wrap and amazing product line, make my present the usual "hit" of the baby showers or baby christening events I attend. Now that I have my own baby on the way, I have come back exited to buy all my nursery bedding and furniture from them as well. Hands down, best customer service online. Ask for Katherine. She knows everything.

The stated recommended age on the website is 2-4, but on the box it came in, the recommended age stated is 3-5. The child is 2 & her feet does not even reach the pedal, but hopefully it's something she can grow into this year. Annoyed with the misrepresentation nonetheless. This website sells beautiful layette items by Bella Bliss that can be monogrammed. I am an avid internet shopper and have not been able to find this merchandise anywhere besides Babybox.com. In that regard, I give the website high marks. However, I have had problems with the website, my order, and the final result. I had a very hard time placing my order. The check out kept telling me that the shipping was incorrect and to check it again. After a numerous amount of attempts and many phone calls to customer service( They never pick up the line)I did some research and found the the Credit card company needed to verify the amount and would not approve without talking to the card holder. I am very happy with the products and buying experpurchased at BabyBox.com. However, there was a slight problem with the delivery, and they had a hard time finding a person authorized to assemble the cribs in my area (Boston). After hard work, the very nice customer service rep found a person very qualified and they paid for his work, but the delivery was a failure. The quality and design of Olive Juice Kids is impeccable and flatters my daughter much more than the dress from babybox. Both companies have a similar price point too. Item description states ships in 5-7 days. Didnt ship until 26 days after order. Customer service says item takes 3 weeks to ship. Thats not what their site says. Ordered Nov. 22. Received Dec. 18.
