Failed to give complete answer to question about the controls on my RC airplane. If they had I would not have bought it. When it did not function they THEN told me they charge a 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay to return the item. The plane was full of dings and poorly made.

Showed that product was in stock, now, after email, won't ship until 4-6 weeks...this notification did not show up until after 3 days - too late to find other vendors on line...disappointed...probably would not purchase from again. Will revisit the situation after the product is shipped to the recipients in Bellevue, WA.

I attempted to purchase a remote control fishing boat as a Christmas present for my son. I had been looking for a while and many of the online stores were sold out. Then I came across EgrandBuy. When I clicked on the item to make the purchase, it said the item was in stock. I then got an email thanking me for my purchase. Next I got an email telling me the item had been shipped and a UPS tracking number was given. A couple of days later I got an email saying they were sold out, I checked the UPS ...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered an RC boat and neither it nor the remote worked. I've been sending numerous e-mails regarding returning the item but they've either gone unanswered or bounced back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

although two orders where placed one was cancelled and did not recive any info untill they where prmted and then recived an email telling me that one was cancelled with no expaination the other order was shiped to me in record time but sill a happy customer thank you

One product we bought should not be sold as it does not work according to the manufacturers claims. THe other is a blast. All in all, Id give this merchant a B as someone who will do what they say with no frills attached.
