There was a back ordered item on my order and the company notified me right away and my package shipped out the next day. Overall I was very happy with my experience. Highly recommended!

I purchased 2 items and received them surprising fast. Prices where comparable to other discounters but there seemed to be a little more of a professional feel with these folks.

Beware. These folks put lower prices into Yahoo!Shopping and then when you click through them, the price is higher!

It has been nine days since I ordered my items, and they still have not been shipped. Customer service has not replied to my inquiries about the delay... Steer clear!!!!
