Buyer beware! Ordered jewelry boxes as gifts for the bridesmaids and not only were the boxes scratched, the font was completely wrong! When called customer service, the man who identified himself as the owner, said that they do not update their fonts on the website and what you see is NOT what you get. The font I ordered had a single line and I received a double line that he said ?looks better if you have it filled in.? Will NEVER order from this website again.

This company was a pleasure to buy from. I asked a question for them while placing the order if my engraving was too long. They called me a day later and e-mailed me to clarify everything. I would definetly buy from them again. I was sending the item as a gift and it arrived about 5 days after the order was placed and my friend was very was very happy with the engraving on it. They then sent me my credit card receipt in the mail with a small thank you card. Great Vendor!

My order from 3 J's Gift Boutique was as perfect as buying a brand new shirt with holes in it. Poor Quality Products Poor Engraving Skills Poor Customer Service Poor Work Ethic Poor Industry Representation We purchased cigar holders from the website and the lids do not stay on half of the holders tightly, there are dings and scratches in most,they were poorly engraved and the product itself just feels and looks poor.
