I must say ...excellent product...extremely satisfied. although when ordering,the photo does not match the product. may mislead customers. by the way...i have been testing waxes and polishes for over thirty years,employed by general motors for fifteen years,and this particular polish works best on new paint and also on not so new paint.actually made the older paint finish look better than most other products.I\'ve tested hundreds on all finishes. thank you pinnacle wax.

Flat rate ground shipping price was good. Just had to wait since I was on the other side of the US. The product works like a charm. I purposely tested the product out while washing a car in direct sunlight. NO waterspots!! I was amazed since I would get hard waterspots when washing a car in cool weather and in the shade. I'm glad I made this investment.

There were shipping options, but the cost seemed high. Website could be better by having a name and password. A wish list would also be great. I asked a question via email and the response wasn't rude, but it wasn't exactly cordial, like I truly bothered someone with my email. A coupon would nice since I spent $700 on two orders.
