I ordered two masks without purge from scuba.com, and unfortunately one had a purge with it which I didn\'t want because you can\'t equalize while snorkel diving. When calling Returns they mentioned they would send me another one without charge or shipping costs which they never did. I ordered a tank carrying strap from their website a week and a half before a dive trip. On their check-out page where they allow you the option of chosing when you need the product by they say that regardless of which day you choose, your order is "guaranteed to arrive in 2 weeks". Needing it in more than 2 weeks, I found this acceptable. A day before it\\'s meant to arrive and just days before my trip, they inform me that it\\'s backordered from the manufacturer. It arrived in a shoebox size box with no padding, no bubble wrap, not even a wad of newspaper. It was scuffed and beat up by the rattling around in a box 10 times it's volume. Some of the weights were not received, but scuba.com said they sent it all, and the package weight showed everything was shipped, so tough. If you buy from them, make sure you open the box in front of the delivery person so you have a witness. There is no way I would purchase from them again.

Top notch e-store, all items shipped and received as promised. One item received damaged and customer service was easy to deal with and I received a replacement with no hassle. I plan to use scuba.com again.
