The website was easy to navigate. There is a large variety of merchandise to choose from. The guidlines on selectiong urns was very helpful. The urns arrived the next day as I chose the next day delivery.There was a few small spots on the brass but due to the timing of the memeorial service I could not send them back. I have learned that pre-planning is a very wise and thoughtful process and the information the website was useful. I would order from this company again.

Your service was wonderful. The urn for our beloved dog Remi arrived within 5 days of ordering it. It was not damaged and the most beautiful piece of work we have seen. It is pridely displayed in our family room.

I am 85 yrs. old -- and in excellent health -- and my daughter (my executrix) and I are attending to as many details as possible to ease her job when the time comes. The local choice of urn/vaults is very limited (except for wooden ones) and to my eye, unattractive. By googling, my daughter found Mainely Urns which has a virtually endless and varied line to choose from. Customer Service sent me a reply regarding cremation with the need for more then one product. The reply email was informative and within a day. The price was excellent and the quality of your products and company in my personal opinion is "Excellent Plus". As for the shipping, because we were not in need within a certain time frame we used the "standard" shipping and the Urn and (Beautifully Made Appliques) were once again "Excellent Plus" and delivered as per your advertisement.
