I think I got ripped off for the shipping Ground Delivery = $ 9.36 for one CD Caddy that couldn\'t of weight more than a few ounces.

I purchased an external drive for a really low price, I wish they were clearer about shipping options though. They don\\'t explain how much each one is. I received the drive in 1 week. Unfortunately I plugged it in an it didn\\'t work. I emailed customer service and got a reply the same day. We kept emailing back and forth to try to figure out the problem and I always got a reply the same day. Netcomdirect had the part that I needed at a significantly lower price than anyone else. Ordering was easy and the correct part arrived quickly and works. What more could I ask for? I didn't have to use customer service so no idea on that but Yahoo won't let me submit the form without marking something.

Item advertised as new item, received as used item, deep scratches cover several areas that was inspected. Advertised as SN-324F, received a SN-324B. No flash sent to update item to SN-324F that was advertised.
