The product ordered was a mouthpiece to assist at night for avoidance of bruxing. Nowhere did I see it stressed that the product came in various sizes; thus, I did not specify a given size. It seems OTC Wholesale doesn\'t worry too much about whether it sends the correct size, but instead relies upon the manufacturer\'s own stated intent (on the product packaging) to replace any wrong-sized units free of charge. The identical product, made by the same manufacturer, can be purchased online from Tens Products for only $8.95 with free shipping. OTC Wholesale charges much more, plus adds a shipping charge on top of that. It was a mistake buying fromm them.

I was thrilled to find the Lavender Healing Garden Body Spray. I thought the fragrance had been deleted from the face of the Earth. The price was very reasonable. This was a very enjoyable shopping experience. I highly recommend using this business.

I have been dealing with OTC for 5 years and have had to contact them only once during that span. They immediately solved my problem better than could ever have been expected. Their customer service, price and delivery could be rated above excellent if possible.
