I have no complaints with the service. The product advertised was supposed to be the correct PCI Card for the laptop I was using it with according to the Spec\'s offered by the supplier. The card was not recognized by this particular laptop, this particular manufacturer only white lists a certain few Serials for their product. HP Pavilion dv5000 notebook replacement keyboard was not available from HP. I found the keyboard offered both new and reconditioned on the GetPartsOnline.com site thru a Google search. Keyboard was displayed prominently in both options. Ordering was simple, and the product was shipped the same day and received within the allotted time. Keyboard was the perfect fit for this model HP laptop and worked great. Laptop is back in like new condition. I have not had any reason to contact ...

Good website and prices. The only complaint is shipping and handling cost. The part was a very small circuit board that cost was about $19.00. The fee for standard 7 day ups shipping and handling was $11.43. This is the first time I have experienced this high of a fee.

Easy to purchase and price\'s were awesome. However seller had attempted to run my debti card twice, which had caused me to become over drawn in my account for a 400 dollar check that I wrote. I never called to deal with it just left it as it was. One charge had appeared on my statement, however two authorizations were made and one was drawn. Excellent quality however on products.

Part arrived within two business days and worked perfectly. Shipping cost was on the high side, but the cost of the drive priced it well below what other retailers were asking for. Would consider again for future OEM parts needs.
