After reading about failed hard drives from all of the major vendors at another vendor's site which customers suspected was due to improper packaging, all I could do was hope Directron packed my 1 TB Samsung Spinpoing F3 hard drive properly. I couldn't be happier -- the drive was in its original plastic casing from Samsung, securely wrapped in bubble wrap, and well packed in peanuts filling the box to the brim. Haven't seen a hard drive packed that well in years! Plus, I paid for 3-day ...

Shipping options were alright but nothing to get excited over. Prices, on the other hand, were. I had the items shipped to my work address, and Directron called me to verify the address since it\'s significantly different from my billing address. My things arrived a day later than I expected, but I prefer that to someone stealing my credit card and being able to order whatever, shipped to where-ever!

Ordering, shipping, delivery and merchandise are all excellent. To track an item, one has to telephone to get them to email the tracking number.

Great experience, one of the few sites that let you ship to a commerical address, instead of the home delivery only option. I hate to be charged additional fees that are not required.
