I am not sure of the Customer Service aspect, although I am looking to purchase a 1/2 inch drive preferably 18V impact driver of a better quality for a reasonable price. What I have seen so far is priced more than I wish to pay for one right now. I would appreciate any/all information on any specials you may have on this item. So far....great job. Product and price are good but I find most of there products are on back order and I have waited 4 to 5 weeks and hear nothing, for this reson only I will not order again

When a product is on back order they will not tell you. You just sit around and wait and wait, till you get tired of waiting and you call them. Then you find out it is on backorder. I wish they would address this problem.
