They shipped the same day I called in the order and the merchandise arrived three business days later. They e-mailed me confirmation of the order and its cost including shipping and e-mailed me the next day when shipped with UPS tracking information. Their web site is user friendly and informative. I ordered another item three days ago which arrived today. They are an excellent vendor.

This store may be good online, but don't go into the actual store on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park. The manager is rude and the employees are moody. One day you may get excellent help and another day it is as if you have entered to be a disturbance. I love to walk in. It has a beautiful setup, but you are treated with hostility. They are pricy and you can go one mile away and pay much less. Whenever you would like what they have on display, they don't have it in stock. Don't waste ...

Site a little difficult to navigate, but great selection of toy houses and accessories. The items I ordered were shipped right away, and even though I selected the cheapest shipping option (UPS Ground), I got my items within a few days -- even though it was pretty close to the holiday season. I will use this site again, and have recommended it to others.
