1 out of 1 people found this review helpful The day after I placed my on-line order, I received a message telling me that the smoke detectors were on backorder, and it would take six weeks for them to be delivered. I was given the opportunity to cancel my order, but I decided to wait. When five weeks had passed, I contacted customer service, and they replied saying that my order was on its way to me. It arrived today. I would definitely order from this company again.

I think it was easy to shop for hard to find items at places such as Home Depot. I called customer service and email customer service regarding an item that did not come in my order. And never received a response. Otherwise I would probably shop there again. Pending if my bill was credited correctly.

This company apparently has a problem with selling things that are out of stock. I read this in a few other reviews before placing my order, but decided to give it a try anyway since the price was so good. Several days later I received an email that the item was backordered by several weeks and that I would be charged a 25% cancellation fee if I didn't reply to the email within 1-2 business days. Good thing I used an email address that I check frequently! I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Price was excellent. Item had to be back-ordered, adding over a week to the purchase process. However, I was clearly informed of what was happening. And I found Customer Service easy to reach and helpful, regarding both the back-order and a problem with UPS\'s delivery. Would do business again.

My experience of doing business with Electric Supplies Online was delightful. They were very helpful on the phone in my product selection process. All processes, from placing an order to receiving delivery worked flawlessley.

received item in damaged condition, was very poorly packed for an item containing glass shades. contacted merchant who promised to order replacement shades the next day and send email to confirm. this never happened. will have to contact merchant again on Tuesday (Mon is holiday) in order to follow up. poor service, would not purchase again from them.

Ordered a surge protection socket-called after 2 weeks-no return call after they stated they\'d call back.. After 3 weeks, called again, told item was out of stock (listed as in stock on site). Item finally shipped after 4 weeks. No info on web page for order until it finally shipped. Poor customer relations. Would NOT use again.
