Luggage was delivered exactly as promissed with even some personal service in that we had a trip scheduled a little close to the delivery date and they verified that the luggage did ship and that it would be there on time. They confirmed this with an extra e-mail. I would recommend them to my friends & family.

Lazars Luggage a premier retailer(it looks like) in the luggage line, had the color and price we needed for my daughters Kipling bag! We are a satisfied customer. Their website was nice and easy to use. We got the bag a few days before school started eventhough we are in NY and they are in California! Thanks lazars!

I was a little disappointed not to get a shipping confirmation; however, when contacting customer service, they responded immediately with tracking information. Price was competitive; I was neutral about shipping options; deliver was good; purchasing was easy; and customer service was great. Overall, I would purchase from them again.

I was able to find a Samsonite bag at $40 below the average internet price. Ordering was easy and painless. There was a slight snag with shipping because the manufacturer for some reason decided to send the luggage a week after Lazar had placed my order, but the customer service at Lazar was very helpful and quickly contacted the manufacturer to make sure that the luggage was sent the very day that I informed them of my concerns about lateness.

I have the highest praise for Jay at Lazar\\'s Luggage who went above and beyond finding a piece of luggage for me that was out of stock even from the manufacturer. I had little hope of finding it elsewhere, so I was super surprised to receive a call that he found what I was looking for and it would be shipping shortly thereafter. It\\'s customer service like this that will keep me coming back. Thanks again to Lazar\\'s Luggage and especially Jay!
