i ordered this on oct.1 09 was told 4 to 7 days i would have my bench .After 8 days i called big fitness ask where is my bench. oh sir it will take 10 to 12 days . i wait the 12 days and then called them back.. big fitness then called the manufacture and they never ship it .... i finally got it on the 21 0f oct. I put it together and haven\'t stop working out on it ...best piece of equipment i ever bought.

BigFitness definitely had the best price and there were no gimmicks pulled to make it look like I was getting more than I was paying for (like some other sites did). They also were running a special Columbus Day Sale, which was GREAT! I went with the standard shipping (very affordable) and expected to wait 7-10 business days for our WaterRower to arrive... Instead it only took 4 days! It was very efficient and so exciting to receive the equipment early. I would recommend buying from ...

trouble processing my credit card forced me to pay with paypall... never had this kind of problem with anyone found a little later the same product with same quality with an other compagny with a lower price delivery is expensive a lot with UPS but fast. For order to canada you might have to consider an other way to deliver ... took about 1 week to get my stuff but cost me 150$ ... i can wait an other week to pay like 40-50$ for the delivery with standars canadapost delivery or something ...

I bought a Precor 546i elliptical (refurbished). The price was good -- a little lower than what I\'d been seeing on some other sites. I was a little concerned about ordering such an expensive used item online, but it turned up in great condition! Other than a few minor scratches on the handlebars and a single bad LED on the display panel, the machine looks and feels like new. I used the full delivery service (placement in desired room), and I\'m glad I did, because the machine is quite heavy! ...

I spoke with one of the sales people there. He told me an item was available, and I could come pick it up the next day. So I drive there only to be told it was sold days before I even spoke with the salesman the day before, who even e-mailed me late the night before saying it was still available. Poor service all the way around. I never heard back after I returned home and sent him him a message asking him what happened. The funny thing is the item is still listed for purchase on their website. ...

I purchased a PreCor AMT 100i from Big Fitness. I found their price the best available for a new machine. Chris contacted me the next day. I actually needed to request a brief delay in shipment while I was out of town. Chris had my machine delivered as promised in excellent condition and completely assembled, ready to go. I was wary of making this big of a financial commitment sight unseen, especially for me, having not tested the unit. Working with Big Fitness was an unexpected pleasure.

The only issue Ihave witht he product is that it came without instructions. I use the product with my personal trainer and he was always the one to set them up; without his assistance, I realized that I did not know how to properly use the Power Block dumbells. Other than that, I love the product.

I absolutely love this store. They have everything that you could ever want in fitness products. Everything that I have ever ordered has arrived very timely. I am on the West Coast and they are on the East (a long way for a package to travel). I never worry about anything arriving damaged as they package their products very well for shipment. BigFitness.com is the \"best\" out there.

0 out of 1 people found this review helpful The Home Gym is great. Very good price too. I didnt know i had to build it though. It was a little tough to build but if you've built a few pieces of furniture in the past, you should be ok. Great gym though. Definitely worth the price and trouble.
