I spent months looking online for a dryeraseboard. DryEraseBoard.com not only offered good prices with free shipping but they kept me current with the delivery schedule by email and phone. Their instructions were very clear about how to handle delivery of the item in the event that I was not happy with the product. It arrived on time, in excellent condition, and the freight driver was very kind, courteous, and helpful. The board now hangs on my wall. The only complaint I could muster up ...

Order has continued to be delayed. When calling in to get status, I got the run a round, plus rudeness from customer service. Did not recieve any better treatment from the owner. Have called in five weeks in a row and continue to be assured that my order will ship the following week. Each week, I call to check status, same story. Not sure if I will ever see the product. I may have to contact Amex to get my money back.
