This Boston Basket\'s presentation was poor. All of the items were packed in the box below view. The gift "WOW" factor is based on presentation and it did not WOW me. I had to reorganize all the items plus purchase add\'l items to make this basket what I wanted. Plus the gift card was hand written and it was sloppy. It should have been done professionally. I was disappointed for the cost. It was a 55.00 basket that was worth about 20.00.

What a fantastic company this is! The merchandise was absolutely wonderful --- of greater quantity and quality than expected. The receipients were thrilled with their gifts, which arrived on time and in perfect condition. Ordering was so easy, and there was a wide selection of choices. In addition, the company called me to ask if the shipping and delivery date met with my satisfaction! Talk about customer service! Is there a rating higher than "Excellent" ? I ordered the product two weeks ago, and it finally arrived today. There was a problem with my order when I checked it last week, but nobody contacted me to let me know. I had to call when I realized I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. The customer service staff was really nice and helpful, though. One of my items was back ordered, so they changed items with me no problem. I just wish the shipping wasn't such a hassle...

My overall experience with this merchant was excellent. The had a wide varity of items to choose from and navigating their site was very easy. Their customer service was also excellent. I was able to speak to a person not a machine and the person was able to answer all my questions and even provide suggestions on how I could get the items i wanted in the alloted time frame since they did not deliver to my location.

This was a gift to relatives. I have no idea what it really looks like but if its anything like the picture then Im happy!! Looks great.
