Purchased a product, took longer than expected to get to me. Sent it back because it didn't fit and was called by a rep to say they couldn't accept the items. Whatever. Wanted to charge me to send them back (when I didnt want them). Not cool. Wasn't very helpful or pleasant to talk to. The big thing is this: rude customer service and slow service... both in the delivery initially and the response to my return. There's no way it took a month for my package to get back there! Polite and competent service Merchant should make USPS a choice to customer for shipping options which in many areas is cheaper and superior to fed ex or ups.

This merchant provided excellent customer service. As an international customer I was greatly suprised to recieve my item in under twenty four hours. Plus they were the only company to ship the product that I ordered internationally.

The items I first purchased were out of stock and I had to pick new ones, it was a hassle, but once the order was finalized, it was delivered the next day.

This website holds a large large inventory of brands and those hard to find sweaters and tees for under the category of brand name comes at a good price if you think about it but it has its ups and downs. shipping well god knows I\'ve lost a tee in the mail and well they say they gave me back the money in my credit card but I havint got confirmation from my bills yet but i am scared to order the wrong size and return it in fear of it never coming back and me losing my money ...

Solis offer a wide range of top clothing brands and their prices are reasonable but only if you get items from their sale. I live in the UK and the shipping by FedEx was excellent as it arrived within 2 or 3 days, unfortunately twice now i have had the wrong size sent to me, i have emailed them but as yet have had no reply. Poor customer service.
